A Little About Me
My name is Phil Dave Gélinas, I'm a French-Canadian based in Montréal. I’ve worked in the software industry since early 2023, with a strong focus on the GovTech space. During my time in this field, I’ve managed over $10M in recurring revenue and increased this same revenue over $1M in 2025, while helping thousands of Canadian and American businesses navigate the public sector and secure new opportunities.
While GovTech shaped my professional expertise, my real passion has always been marketing, branding, and presentation. I began web designing in early 2024, and I have been captivated since.
When I’m not behind a screen, I’m usually in the gym as I am actively chasing my IFBB Pro Card, one chicken smoothie at a time.

We’ll begin with a 15 to 30 minute call to break down your current website challenges, clarify your goals, and outline the exact direction for your new online presence.
FIRST PAYMENT
You'll provide the first payment of $250.00, and I'll get building.
DESIGN
I’ll start designing your website, building a clean, modern layout tailored to your brand.
REVISION
Once the first draft is ready, you'll review it, give feedback and request adjustments.
BACK-END
After the final design is done, I’ll refine and optimize all the back-end elements, structure, speed, and functionality.
DELIVERY
Once fully finished, I'll transfer your website to your domain (www.business-name.com)
NEXT PAYMENTS
Your next payment will be exactly 1 month after delivery, and onwards, until paid off.
