A Little About Me
My name is Phil Dave Gélinas, I'm a French-Canadian based in Montréal. I’ve worked in the software industry since early 2023, with a strong focus on the GovTech space. During my time in this field, I’ve managed over $10M in recurring revenue and increased this same revenue over $1M in 2025, while helping thousands of Canadian and American businesses navigate the public sector and secure new opportunities.
eProcurement platforms can be hard to navigate and understand. You need the righ keywords and NIGP/UNSPSC/GSIN codes to locate government contracts relevant to your business.
During my time leading client retention for the largest Canadian eProcurement platform, I've seen thousands of accounts imporperly set up. Which means, thousands of businesses missing contracting opportunities. And that's when I come in.
